• Accessibility

We’re committed to creating a universal passenger experience at Toronto Pearson. From curb to gate, we want you to feel welcome and travel effortlessly with ease and independence throughout our terminals.

As Canada’s largest airport, we offer an accessible environment in compliance with Canadian regulations for passenger accessibility, and we are taking steps to become more accessible in our journey to becoming a top-tier global hub.

    Plan Ahead

We recommend that you plan ahead by reviewing all of the accessibility options at Toronto Pearson. Your airline is responsible for wheelchair and mobility assistance, which should be pre-arranged directly through your airline at least 48 hours in advance.

For questions on airport accessibility please contact customer_service@gtaa.com, or call our 24-hour information line, 416-AIR-PORT. If you're currently at the airport, you can connect with a GTAA Service Representative by visiting one of our passenger information booths, or by using one of our information phones located in our Terminals.

View our digital maps to pinpoint accessibility features and look for the following icons throughout the airport.
